Dholera is dedicated to enhancing trade flows and transit efficiency through the implementation of the strategic pillars of innovation, digitization, and sustainability. A 6-lane access-controlled highway and MRTS (Metro Rail) would connect it to Ahmedabad in a single common corridor, enabling smooth rail-road transitions and seamless connectivity as an efficient mode of transportation between the two cities. Dholera International Airport Company Limited (DIACL) is building an international airport northeast of DSIR. Environmental and site clearances have already been granted to the airport.
